Ingredients:
- 200g dried fruit medley
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup powdered milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup crushed almonds
- Extra coconut
Directions:
- Soak fruit in water to soften.
- Mix all ingredients together into a sticky dough.
- On a piece of alfoil covered with some extra coconut, shape into a log and wrap tightly
- Put in fridge to set for a couple of hours then remove it and decorate before cutting into slices.
